RAINBOW FOUNDATION TO HOST JUKEBOX JAMBOREE FUNDRAISER FOR NEEDY CHILDREN IN NEW JERSEY

MIDDLETOWN, NJ —   The Rainbow Foundation of Middletown, New Jersey would like to extend an invitation to join us for our Jukebox Jamboree. The event will be held on May 15th, 2004 at VFW Post 2179 in Port Monmouth, New Jersey. Resources raised will be used by the Rainbow Foundation to benefit needy children of New Jersey.

The event will begin at 7:00pm. This dance is a great night of fun for the whole family. There will be dinner and dancing, a gift auction and a 50/50. Music will be from the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and right on up to today. Dress is casual or costumes.

The Rainbow Foundation, is a registered 501c3 non profit organization that was established to help families cut through red tape to provide items like prescription medicines, air conditioners, hospital bills, prosthetic devices, travel to treatments, wheelchairs and much more. Rainbow Foundation was started in 1984 by the late Thomas Karaban, a Wall Street Broker, and his wife, Peggy, after a serious illness prompted Tom to reevaluate his life and his contribution to society. Rainbow Foundation is celebrating its 20th Anniversary this year and to date, the foundation has provided “financial first aid” to over 12,000 of New Jersey’s children.

“The Jukebox Jamboree is fun night for everyone involved and not only does everyone get to have a good time, they get to feel good about helping needy children at the same time”, states Kelly Karaban-Iannone, daughter of founders Tom and Peggy Karaban. “With events like this, Rainbow is able to continue to help the needy kids.”

Tickets cost $35, $15 for children under $12 and free for children under 6. Tickets include dinner, beer, wine and soda. Tickets can be purchased by contacting the Rainbow Foundation at 732-671-4343.
