Eisner Foundation Pledges $50K to Red Bank Library

RED BANK, NJ - The Eisner Memorial Red Bank Public Library started 2016 with a nice surprise: a letter notifying Director Elizabeth McDermott of a 5-year, $50,000 donation to the Foundation for the Red Bank Public Library from the Eisner Foundation. This is the largest donation yet received by the Foundation, with $10,000 being donated annually for five years.

MIDDLETOWN, NJ - Is Your Chili “Hot Enough” To Win our Super Saturday Pre-Game Chili Cook-off Contest?
Saturday, February 6, 2016, 5:00 to 8:30 p.m
Chili Chefs: Enter your “hottest” chili; your admission fee is the chili!
Families: $10.00 per adult/$5.00 per child donation; maximum $25 per family, (free entry for the person bringing a pot of chili).
Judges: Mayor Scharfenberger, A Chef, A Lincroft Firefighter and you, the general public, will be asked to judge the best entries. Blue ribbons and prizes will be awarded for first and second place, as well as a “people’s choice” award.
